Our largest indoor space is our elegant and historic Main Dining Room room. Featuring ornate chandeliers, hardwood floors, and a surround sound system, this multi-functional space can be arranged in limitless ways to fit your exact needs. The Main Dining Room is not only used to host breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, but is also the perfect space to screen presentations and films, hold corporate events and trainings, lectures, dances, or parties. The Main Dining Room can be extended into the Areno Room for larger events and also has easy access to the bar area and Living Room.

Named after local artist and former UClub member Joseph R. Areno, whose paintings adorn the walls, the Areno Room is the perfect space for smaller group meals, buffets, and as an extension of the Main Dining Room. The Areno Room also opens out to the bar area and the Living Room.

Our beautiful Living Room has been the backdrop to countless events, gatherings, and parties. From a haunted house during Halloween, to anniversary celebrations, Christmas parties, elegant receptions, opera performances, wine tastings, and more, the inviting fireplace and couches, as well as the grand piano, offer the perfect setting for your next event. Opens up to the bar area on one side, and the stately Grand Foyer on the other, with access to the Areno and Main Dining rooms as well.

The Alumni Room is a light, airy, and flexible space for meetings, presentations, or dining. With arched ceilings and a plethora of natural light, this inviting space offers a number of table configurations and is situated directly off of the Grand Foyer. From Book Club to Mah Jongg, this well-lit space is also perfect for social and affinity groups. Glass doors open up onto the Sola Patio upon request.

Used as our bridal suit, the picturesque Park Room overlooks the beautiful parks below and boasts its own private ensuite bathroom complete with a shower, dressing area, and expansive makeup vanity. When not in use for weddings, the Park Room is frequently utilized for private work meetings, mediations, one-on-one interviews and client sessions, and filming sessions.

With a picturesque balcony overlooking the front lawns and gardens of our Estate, the Flag Room’s majestic meeting table and courtly décor have played host to countless small company meetings, mediations, lunches, client meetings, and more. Aptly named for the flagstaff proudly flying the red white and blue over the grand entrance to our Estate, the Flag Room provides the perfect combination of serenity and functional space.

The Blue Room is named for its dynamic décor and is the ideal space for small conference meetings, working lunches, and meetings with clients. With its own ensuite restroom and scenic views of the parks below, the Blue Room has provided inspiration for many creative and successful endeavors over the years.

The beautifully secluded, private Sola Patio, with two fountains, fire pits, and beautiful trees, offers the ideal outdoor space for any day or evening event. From lunches and dinners, to elegant receptions, Fiesta parties, buffets, birthdays with live music, and more, the Sola Patio is the perfect event space on its own, or combined with the adjacent Alumni Room. A lawn area at one end of the Patio is also available for use. Whether you are hosting a formal meal, a buffet, a summer party, or a more sophisticated evening with passed appetizers and drinks, the Sola Patio is the perfect setting for the perfect event.
